TDS for Shoe Sole System 2

Description:-

This system design for shoe production with the density of 0.25 to 0.4 g per cubic metre. It has higher flexibility with more than 150000 steps as compared to 25000 steps of regular PU systems.

CATALYST AND ADDITIVES

The adding amount of catalyst is 3200 gram per 220 kg polyol and the adding amount of water should be upto 500 grams per 220 kg polyol

HEALTH AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

  • Respiratory Protection: When handling, use an air-purifying respirator.

  • Skin protection: Use rubber gloves, remove immediately after contamination. Wear clean body-covering. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after work and before eating, drinking,or smoking.
  • Eye / Face: Wear safety goggles to prevent splashing and exposure to particles in the air.
  • Waste: Waste generation should be avoided or minimized.
  • Incinerate under controlled conditions in accordance with local laws and national regulations.
